Over the past seven years we have reinvented ourselves a number of times and recently we did so again. We have moved into a home that is like a castle for this Prince!
Built in 1920 and originally owned by a German American family, the home sits splendidly amongst the trees in our new neighborhood.
The Engineer has been excited to find treasures such as Trench Art in the form of a lamp, wonderful old tools and special vintage magazines and music.
We look forward to finally being able to host some dinner parties and I look forward to hosting Art parties with my cohort and dear friend the Goddess.
In the middle of moving our Prince (aptly named by his father), graduated from “little school”
We went to our first carnival
We sang a few songs
and got hit by a softball
But tomorrow Flossy and I get to escape. We are off to swim with the dolphins in the Bahamas. A unique experience coordinated by our dear and talented friend Su Su.
So the bags are packed, the fridge is full, the lists of daily activities for the Prince have been prepared.
We will report in on our return.
Sal
